Whether you're in a studio on Al Reem Island or a 3-bedroom flat in Khalifa City, moving a flat in Abu Dhabi comes with its own set of practicalities — elevator bookings, NOC requirements, strict building hours. We work around all of it.
Covering studios, 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments across all Abu Dhabi towers and communities. Also handling full packing and unpacking if needed.

Most apartment shifts in Abu Dhabi happen at the end of a tenancy — the last few days of the month, when half the city seems to be doing the same thing. Buildings are busy, service lifts get queued, security needs to see the NOC, and if you haven't booked the elevator three days ago, you're working around everyone else's schedule.
The practical side matters as much as the packing. We ask for your building name when you call so we know what to expect — whether it's a free building with straightforward access or one of the managed towers on Al Reem or Yas that has specific move-day rules. That's not a problem; it's just something that needs to be planned for rather than discovered on the morning of the move.
If you need storage between flats — because the new place isn't ready yet or you're downsizing — our storage service connects directly to the move so there's no second booking to manage.

The size of your flat determines how long the move takes, how many crew members we send, and what truck is needed. Here's what to expect for each.
Studio moves are the most straightforward apartment shifts we do — typically one bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, and kitchen items. That said, "studio" in Abu Dhabi can mean a fully furnished 500 sq ft unit with fitted wardrobes and a full kitchen setup, which takes more time than the size suggests.
A 1BHK move in Abu Dhabi typically involves a bed with a wardrobe, a living room set, dining table, and a full kitchen. Most of the time it's done in one trip. If the building has elevator restrictions and the load is large, we plan the timing accordingly so nothing is rushed.
A fully furnished 2BHK is where the planning matters most — two beds, multiple wardrobes, a living room, study furniture, and a full kitchen is a significant volume of items. The price depends on how much needs disassembly, the floor level and elevator access at both buildings, and how far apart the apartments are.
Every apartment moving booking with us follows the same sequence. Nothing is extra unless you ask for something outside this scope — and we tell you upfront if that applies.
If you're looking at villa moving rather than an apartment, the process is similar but the crew size and vehicles are scaled differently for the larger volume involved.

Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and shelving units are taken apart properly before anything moves. Parts are kept together and labelled so reassembly is straightforward at the other end.
All furniture is wrapped in moving blankets and stretch film. Kitchen items, fragile pieces, and loose contents are packed in labelled boxes. Everything leaves the apartment protected.
Items are loaded in the right order — heaviest at the base, fragile items last and secured. The truck doesn't leave until everything is properly loaded and the old flat is cleared.
Transport between your old and new apartment within Abu Dhabi. Inter-emirate moves between Abu Dhabi and Dubai are also handled — quoted with both addresses accounted for.
Everything is carried in, placed where you specify, and the team checks nothing is missing before finishing. You tell us which room each box and piece of furniture goes to.
All disassembled furniture is put back together at the new apartment. Beds are assembled, wardrobes are rebuilt, and you're left with a functional flat rather than a room full of flat-pack parts.
Abu Dhabi's apartment stock is dominated by managed towers — and managed towers have rules. Knowing these in advance is the difference between a smooth move and a stressful one.

Most towers on Al Reem Island require elevator booking 3 to 5 business days in advance through the building management office or a facilities app. Some buildings also require a security deposit for the service lift. Move-day hours are typically restricted to 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays. We advise based on your specific tower when you book.
Residential towers and community apartments on Yas Island generally require advance notice to facility management. Some buildings run on Aldar's community management system, which means move-out and move-in forms need to be submitted in advance. We work with these processes regularly and can advise what to prepare.
High-rise towers on Al Maryah Island tend to have more formal move-day procedures — building access passes, dedicated service entrances, and strict elevator scheduling. Larger apartments on higher floors require careful scheduling. We factor access conditions into the quoted time so nothing is underestimated.
Most low-rise and mid-rise buildings in Khalifa City, Tourist Club Area, and Al Nahyan have simpler access — no elevator booking, no formal NOC in most cases. These buildings are generally more flexible on timing, which makes scheduling easier and often keeps costs lower for the same flat size.
Prices for apartment and flat shifting in Abu Dhabi are affected by four things: the size of the flat, the floor level and elevator access at both buildings, how much packing is required, and the distance between addresses. The table below shows typical ranges. We quote fixed prices before the move starts.
Ranges are indicative for 2025–2026 and apply to standard access buildings. High-floor apartments with elevator restrictions or long-distance moves may be priced higher. Call 055 912 0023 or WhatsApp with your flat details for a confirmed fixed price.
