We're based on Al Reem Island. We know the elevator rules, the building management offices, the move-day hours. If you live here, you don't need to explain — we already know what a move on this island involves.
Moving on Al Reem Island isn't complicated — but it does have a specific sequence that catches people out the first time. You need the NOC from your building management before the movers can show up. The service elevator needs to be booked through the app or the front desk — usually 3 to 5 business days ahead. And most buildings restrict moves to specific hours, typically 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays.
We are based here on the island — The Arc Tower A in Najmat. We have moved residents in and out of Shams Abu Dhabi, Marina Square, Tamouh, and across Najmat more times than we can count. When you call us, you don't have to explain what a service elevator booking is or what an NOC involves. We already know. We tell you what to arrange with your building and when, and we schedule around your confirmed slot.
If you are moving to another part of Abu Dhabi, see our full apartment moving or villa moving pages for wider coverage details. But if you're on Al Reem Island — you're already in the right place.

Al Reem Island is four distinct communities with different buildings, different management companies, and different rules for move day. Here's what to expect in each.
Shams is managed by Aldar. Move-out and move-in NOC requests go through the Aldar community management portal or the management office. Service elevator booking is mandatory — most buildings need 3 to 5 business days notice. Moves are restricted to 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays. Weekend moves need special approval and aren't always granted.
Najmat towers each have their own building management rather than a single community manager. This means NOC and elevator processes vary tower by tower. Some require a refundable security deposit for the service lift. We know the specific process for most Najmat buildings — mention your tower when you call.
Marina Square towers are generally managed by individual operators. Elevator booking is required with advance notice. The buildings are connected to the marina promenade, which has restricted vehicle access — we know which roads allow loading trucks and where to position to avoid building management issues.
Tamouh developments have their own facilities management. Move days follow standard protocols with the addition that some towers require a signed indemnity form before the service elevator is released. Weekday morning starts are the most practical here — late afternoon slots often run into the evening restriction window.
Moving from one Al Reem Island tower to another is common and straightforward — short truck distance, no mainland traffic. But you still need elevator bookings at both buildings, and both buildings need to be cleared on the same day. We coordinate the timing so the schedule at the first building doesn't run over into the second building's window.
Moving off the island to Khalifa City, Al Raha, Yas Island, or to Dubai follows the same process — elevator booking on the Al Reem Island side, then standard transport. See our Khalifa City or Yas Island pages for details on the destination end.
From the morning the crew arrives to the moment the last piece of furniture is in place in your new home — this is how the day runs on Al Reem Island.
We arrive at your building during your confirmed elevator window. The crew checks in with building security, confirms the service lift is available, and brings all equipment — trolleys, blankets, straps, and packing materials — up to your floor.
Beds, wardrobes, and dining tables are disassembled. Everything is wrapped before it leaves the apartment. Kitchen items, fragile pieces, and clothes go into labelled boxes. Your floor and walls are protected during the move.
Items are taken down via the service elevator in the correct order, loaded into the truck outside the building, and secured. The old flat is fully cleared and checked before we leave.
At the new address — whether it's another Al Reem Island tower or anywhere else in Abu Dhabi — we unload, carry everything in, reassemble all disassembled furniture, and place it where you want it. You check everything before we finish.

Pricing for Al Reem Island moves depends on your flat size, which floor you're on, and whether you're moving within the island or to a different area. These are realistic ranges for 2025–2026 — not advertised minimums.
All quotes are fixed and confirmed before the move begins. Call 055 912 0023 with your tower, floor, and destination for an accurate number.
